Meybo HSX Alloy 2027 BMX Race Frame (G4.2) | Red / White

The Meybo HSX Alloy is a race-developed BMX frame built around the same philosophy that defines the HSX platform: stiffness, precise handling and consistent race geometry.

Developed with input from our Pro riders and refined through years of racing, the HSX Alloy combines carefully selected 6061 aluminium tubing with size-specific frame construction. Tube dimensions, headtube configuration and bottom bracket design are balanced according to frame size, ensuring that every rider gets the right combination of weight, stiffness and handling.

Size-Specific Alloy Construction
The HSX Alloy is constructed from high-quality butted 6061 aluminium tubing. Rather than using the same construction throughout the entire size range, key elements of the frame are adapted to suit the rider and frame size.

Race-Developed HSX Geometry
Every HSX Alloy is built around Meybo’s race-developed HSX geometry, designed to deliver a direct and predictable feel on the track.

Butted tubes have different wall thicknesses along the length of the tube. More material is used where extra strength and stiffness are needed, while less material is used in lower-stress areas. This reduces weight without compromising strength or performance.

Unique HSX Dropout System
Meybo’s unique HSX Dropout System has been a defining feature of the platform for years. Engineered to create exceptional stiffness through the rear triangle, the system also maintains a consistent wheelbase at all times.

Changing your gearing or sprocket combination does not change the position of the rear wheel. This means the bike retains the same geometry, balance and handling characteristics regardless of your gearing choice, allowing you to fine-tune your gearing without changing the way your bike handles.

The integrated Meybo chain tensioner system makes rear-wheel installation and adjustment simple and precise. It guides the wheel into the correct position, maintains accurate wheel alignment and makes setting chain tension quick and straightforward.

Every frame is supplied with a CNC-machined 7005 aluminium 15mm rear axle.

Modern Race Integration
The HSX Alloy combines proven aluminium frame construction with modern BMX race technology.

Depending on frame size, the frame uses either a BB86 or BB386 EVO bottom bracket, allowing the bottom bracket area to be matched to the dimensions and performance requirements of each frame size.

A Flat Mount disc brake system with internal brake hose routing creates a clean race setup, while fixed 15mm rear dropouts provide a solid and precise rear-wheel connection.

The Pro frame is also compatible with Oversize (OS) wheels, giving riders the option to use the latest BMX race wheel configurations.

The frame must be assembled and inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic. Incorrect installation or component setup may cause damage to the frame and can affect warranty coverage.

Following a crash or significant impact, the frame should be carefully inspected for damage before further use.
